WHO WE ARE

ELAMO LP is a unique partnership of five professionals from diverse but complementary backgrounds.

The partnership is borne out of the need to support businesses to improve corporate governance, compliance, and risk management systems as a pathway to profitability and sustainability. We also aim to provide Small Growing Businesses access to the global business community by helping them to establish corporate compliance cultures and instill integrity principles and practices.

Our key focus areas include Corporate Governance Advisory, Anti-Corruption Compliance Advisory, Business Integrity Consulting, and Research.

The partners have worked for and with several multilateral organizations including International Finance Corporation (IFC), African Development Bank (AfDB), the World Bank, and  Centre for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), and many blue-chip organisations in and outside Nigeria.

The partners are certified in Board and Corporate Governance Evaluations, Anti-Corruption, and Ethics Compliance, and are Ethics 1st Faculty members, Independent Compliance Assessors, and are  IACA (International Anti-Corruption Academy) Corporate Liability for Corruption certified.

With cumulative postgraduation experience spanning over 150 years, we possess academic degrees, professional qualifications, experience and competencies in:

Over the years, we have risen to the heights of our various professions, each serving in C-suites for over a decade. We have seen companies rise by implementing necessary Corporate Governance and Risk Management systems, structures, and frameworks. We have also seen organisations fail as a result of failure to institute and implement good corporate governance principles and practices. We know that good management and governance systems are the best ways to instill discipline, direct appropriate behavior, and deliver long-term sustainability.
